Formed Together
Life in Jesus grows best in community.

Hey there SCC Family !
Welcome to The Bridge Weekly Vol 3. Issue 23!
A healthy tree grows because each part is connected and receiving what it needs. The same is true for the church. As the Holy Spirit works within us, He also draws us together into a community shaped by the life of Jesus.
This week we continue exploring how the Holy Spirit forms His people. Through prayer, worship, generosity, encouragement, and shared life, He helps us reflect the presence of Jesus in the world around us. Take a few moments this week to consider how God may be inviting you to grow alongside others as you follow Him.

This Sunday, Joel will continue our Holy Spirit series by exploring how the Spirit forms more than individuals. He forms a people. Together we’ll look at how prayer, worship, generosity, encouragement, and shared life help shape a community that reflects the presence of Jesus.

Congratulations to Toby Gillis & Kristen Arsenault on the birth of their baby girl Autumn Theresa Gillis, born on May 26. If you have anything to drop off, please let the office know by responding to this email.

Camp of Champions is coming July 5, 6, and 8 from 6:00–8:00 PM for children ages 5–12. Join the Praying Pelican Missions team for three fun evenings of sports, music, crafts, games, snacks, and encouragement. Registration is free.
The Table || A Place for Women will meet one more time before summer on June 12 at 7:30 PM. Come enjoy an evening of connection as we wrap up this season together and look ahead to September.

Birthdays are worth celebrating. Add your birthday to the jar at the Hub or use the button below to email the office so we can celebrate with you throughout the year.

Every quarter we set aside part of our giving toward a special mission or outreach project. This month, 10% of our general fund giving will support the YWAM Niagara Mission Team. Thank you for helping extend the love of Jesus beyond our church walls.

Arthur and Raeanne Adams are celebrating 20 years of marriage this summer and continue to build a life centered on faith, family, and connection. Together with their children, Nathan and Mikayla, they call Conway home, where life is often busy, full of laughter, and shared with Tigger the cat and their well known deck cat, Dude. From exploring PEI to making memories on family trips to Halifax and Toronto, they enjoy spending time together and making the most of every season. We’re grateful for the warmth, faithfulness, and steady encouragement they bring to our church family.
We love you for who you are. We’re thankful you’re part of this family.

Holy Spirit is still at work, shaping people and drawing them together around Jesus. As you move through this week, take a moment to notice where God may be inviting you to encourage someone, serve someone, or simply be present with others in His family.
Thanks for being part of this church family. It’s a gift to keep learning to follow Jesus together.

P.S. A word of encouragement, a shared meal, or a simple act of kindness can carry the love of Jesus farther than we realize.
If this email has been meaningful to you, feel free to share it with a friend. It’s one simple way to stay connected and invite others in.
