Join us for our Good Friday Service

at 11 am as we reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. This is an opportunity to connect with others and worship together as we contemplate the meaning and significance of Good Friday. This service is just in person. 

Celebrate Easter with us on

Sunday

at 10 am as we gather to honour the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Come and experience the hope and new life that Easter brings to our lives. 

We look forward to being together on Sunday! Every Sunday is a little different and this week we look forward to engaging in worship with our New Wine Worship team, sharing Communion together and a message from our Teaching Team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: 

Our service begins at 10:00 am. Pre-Service Prayer for the service is open to anyone who would like to attend. Join us from 9:30 - 9:50 am on Sundays.

We welcome you to our Sunday Celebration In-Person at Centre 150. 

PRAYER AND WORSHIP

Centre 150 is open Thursdays, from 9:00-12:00 pm as a special space for spending time with the Lord. From 9:00-10:00 am we will have a time of interactive prayer and live worship. From 10:00 - Noon we will have music only. 

THE TABLE // A PLACE FOR WOMEN

TOMORROW APRIL 7TH

The Table is a monthly night of worship, teaching, and connection for island women. Our heart is to encourage women in whole-hearted life with God with a focus on unity, growth, and identity in Christ.  

Doors open at 7:00 pm, we begin at 7:30 pm and the service runs until 9:00 pm. This is a ministry for women of all ages (18+), walks of life and faith backgrounds.

Come hang out with us over breakfast! We're inviting all the men out there to join us for some fun times and great conversations, and guest speaker, Jack Ferguson! We'll take care of breakfast, so just bring your awesome selves and maybe even a friend or two. Looking forward to seeing you there!

BURDEN BEARING

"Burden Bearing," also known as "Empathy Overload" or "Compassion Fatigue," refers to the unhealthy practice of over-functioning and becoming overwhelmed by others' distress. This can lead to fatigue, burnout, depression, and physical illness. This workshop aims to provide insight into one's personality and over-functioning tendencies, their origins, and practical solutions to develop healthier compassion."

By request, virtual attendance with Zoom will be available but you will miss the planned face-to-face ministry. Those who can’t attend in person and wish to attend virtually should email [email protected] for the Zoom link. The location is a bit of a drive, but if you're interested in carpooling, please let us know during registration! It would be super helpful to you and a blessing to others ☺️.

FREEDOM FROM REJECTION

Rejection can cause deep wounds and distort our self-image, affecting our relationships. In the workshop, we seek the Holy Spirit's guidance to identify and cut off the roots of rejection, inviting God's love to heal our wounds. Through teachings and ministry, we aim to reveal the bad roots and replace them with God's acceptance, knowing that bad roots bring bad fruit.

CONNECT GROUP HIGHLIGHT 

Join us this Monday night for our weekly knitting and crocheting connect group! This is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and share your passion for these crafts. Our group offers a fun and supportive environment where you can socialize, learn new techniques, and create beautiful projects together.

KIDS CHURCH

Our curriculum, "The Blood of Jesus," covers topics such as the significance of blood, types and shadows, healing, the Most Holy Place, the High Priest, and the Communion Table. These lessons will be taught until Easter and continued after.

Each lesson may take two or more weeks to cover and includes additional scriptures to add more depth to each subject area. If your child is ill, please wait until they are feeling better.

ELEV8 YOUTH

Our Youth meet every ThursdayCentre 150 at 7:00 pm,ages 12 - 18.Come and experience connection, belonging and God’s love for you!

Ann had a fall last Wednesday and has a broken left wrist, a dislocated finger on her right hand, a badly sprained ankle, and an injured knee.  Please be praying for a speedy recovery and no lasting effects.
