BURDEN BEARING

"Burden Bearing," also known as "Empathy Overload" or "Compassion Fatigue," refers to the unhealthy practice of over-functioning and becoming overwhelmed by others' distress. This can lead to fatigue, burnout, depression, and physical illness. This workshop aims to provide insight into one's personality and over-functioning tendencies, their origins, and practical solutions to develop healthier compassion."

FREEDOM FROM REJECTION

Rejection can cause deep wounds and distort our self-image, affecting our relationships. In the workshop, we seek the Holy Spirit's guidance to identify and cut off the roots of rejection, inviting God's love to heal our wounds. Through teachings and ministry, we aim to reveal the bad roots and replace them with God's acceptance, knowing that bad roots bring bad fruit.
