This week, As you reflect on Psalm 23:3 this week, consider how the LORD, as 'your' shepherd, is restoring your soul and guiding you. Take a moment to pause and consider how, in the things you are facing, the LORD is present and available to restore and guide you. Then ask yourself, how am I doing in trusting Him to do that in my life in those moments? And where there is struggle and resistance, just breathe and ask for His help.

P.S. The LORD loves to help you, that is his nature. As we choose to follow Him, with all of ourselves, we will lack nothing.
