Weekly Update: Journey Together and Stay Connected.

Hello ,

As we step further into September and feel the change from summer to fall, our hearts are excited about the journey ahead. Here at Summerside Community Church, we're dedicated to living out God's Kingdom, and this season is no different. With the insightful Kingdom Wholeness Course, connect groups and various gatherings, there are plenty of chances for growth, connection, and service. Let's embrace this new season together, united in purpose and eager anticipation!

Island Event: Revivalist Heather Curnew is hosting a workshop on moving in glory, anointing, prophecy, and healing at the Community Worship Centre in Stratford. Join them from September 15-17 for sessions on Friday evening, Saturday morning and afternoon, a House of Prayer, and a healing service. Exploring the World with SCC: At SCC, we're on a mission to spread the boundless love of Jesus, not only in our community but also across borders. Our passion is witnessing God's personal touch both near and far, building our trust in His Kingdom. Join us in our exciting journey as we prepare for an upcoming mission trip with World Embrace to Gulu, Uganda, scheduled for November 2024. Our information sessions are over but if you missed them and want information, contact Colby by email

Josh Hoffert is currently on a mission trip to India, where he's equipping pastors to deepen their love for Jesus and lead thriving ministries. India has become a hub for incredible stories of spiritual growth, and Josh's work plays a significant role in these narratives.  We're supporting Josh's trip through our September regular giving, with 10% of all contributions this month directed toward his mission. These funds are dedicated to his work with Benito and New Life Fellowship Church in India.  Your support is not just financial; it's a catalyst for transformation. Together, we're playing a vital role in advancing the Kingdom of God in India, strengthening its leaders, and deepening their impact on countless lives. Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey.

They highlighted the significance of the parable of the sower and emphasized God's extravagant nature in spreading His kingdom. Jesus didn't compare His kingdom to earthly ones but used relatable examples like farming. This teaching not only applies to the present Kingdom but also to our eternal life. Stay connected by tuning in to Tracy's weekly video reflections, where she digs into this past and offers insights for the week ahead.Join us this Sunday for an enriching worship experience led by New Wine Worship.
