Weekly Update: Growing Together in Faith

Hello ,

As we approach another weekend, exciting opportunities await in the coming week with the launch of some new connect groups. These groups offer a chance to explore fresh dimensions of your faith journey. Remember, we're not just a congregation; we're a unique community united daily by our shared commitment to God's kingdom. For details on our fall connect groups, visit our website.

Here's a snapshot of this week's events:

As your Pastors Tracy, Colby & Heather return this week, let's continue to lift them in prayer. May they effectively implement the wisdom gained during their time away, guided by the Father's heart for our church family.

Josh Hoffert is also returning from India this week.

In September, 10% of donations support Josh's mission empowering Indian pastors. It's the last week to contribute. Your involvement goes beyond finances; it drives transformative change. Together, we're advancing God's Kingdom in India, impacting countless lives. Please keep Josh, the work in India, and his family (Erin & the kids) in your prayers.

Missed last Sunday's Message? Catch up on our special guest speaker Scott Nash's talk "Dwellers in the Kingdom..."

This Sunday, join us for an enriching worship experience led by New Wine Worship. We'll also partake in Communion and continue our series, "The Kingdom of God is Like...," with Pastor Tracy.

Don't forget our pre-service prayer between 9:30 and 9:50 a.m. for a moment of reflection and seeking God's presence.

In case of health concerns, you can always catch our service on Facebook or YouTube.

Stay updated with giving updates, event details, and more on our website. Your active participation and continued support are essential in fostering a vibrant SCC community.

See you this Sunday as we continue growing together in faith! P.S. Don't forget to tune in to Scott Nash's message from last Sunday on our website. Just as the seeds in Jesus' parable grow beneath the surface, often unseen, God's transforming work can go unnoticed. Sometimes, it's those in our community who notice it most. This week, make an effort to point out God's transforming work in someone you know. Your words could be the encouragement they need. Thank you for being part of our SCC community!
